• Establish and maintain systems and processes that validate /verify asset management systems and practices against the Asset Management framework;

• Reviewed the project technical documentation for project closeout process and ensured that were kept accordingly as per the procedure;
• Ensure that all the as-built inspections punch-list items have been addressed;

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on the building area and field production equipment including NG furnaces
• Routine inspections and create notifications
• Maintain a customer comeback rate 0% - no repeated visits for the same fault

• Coordinate with maintenance for lockout/tagout blocking procedure to ensure the maintenance work is done safely
• Record readings from field instruments
• Monitor process using SCADA and make adjustment to temperature and pressure
• Prepare the shift report for production Supervisor
