• Cost management and forecasting: ensure all costs are spent in accordance with the budget; correct miss-allocated costs; accruing of expenses and prepare cost review reports.
• Production costing: run production costing on SAP; reconcile all raw materials, intermediates and final stocks with physical stocks; allocate all direct costs to production cost centers and prepare production reports.
• Fixed asset management: fixed asset accountability (acquisitions, disposals, revaluations) in compliance with international financial reporting standards; processing of month end depreciation; preparation of fixed asset reports and accurate month end close; monthly reconciliation of all fixed assets accounts in the general ledger and physical review of the assets.
• Capital projects control: economic evaluations of projects; monitor the project expenses; project settlements; forecasting and reporting for capital expenditure.
