Project Object : Build LNG Plant, Mozambique LNG
Client : TOTAL Energies
As warehouse superintendent for consumables and incorporated materials into the plant, I oversaw the preparations for the facility's construction in Afungi, northeast Mozambique.
The project was halted for the second time owing to security difficulties in the nation, and the client declared force majeure.
During this project, my tasks included preparing storage facilities for various materials (both consumable and integrated) in compliance with business policy and material management procedures.
- Ensure that consumable goods are thoroughly followed up on before arriving at the warehouse, including all paperwork, in order to gain a strong knowledge and prepare for the reception and storage procedures.
- Maintain an effective reception and verification mechanism and issue the necessary reports (MRR, MTR, and OSD).
- Prepare, update, and distribute warehouse stock to other departments as part of the information exchange process.
- Prepare & procure consumables such as tarps, ropes, lubricants, and pallets for preservation.
I worked as the Lead Logistics Warehouse for the contractor Eurl TGCTP in El Menia state.
In this position, I oversaw three separate project stores at the same time, which are:
- MNA-1, The client is the Algerian housing ministry :
involves constructing a 23-kilometer sewerage network for the new settlement of El Menia.
- MNA-2, The client is the Algerian Defense ministry :
Construction of a military hotel with all of its amenities.
- Contracts for construction and maintenance in gas processing units, including KBA, REG, Hassi Moumen, and TEG, in Saleh Gas Field.
The client is a consortium of Sontrach and BP.
The essential tasks assigned to me in this position are:
1 - Physically reorganize the central store and define the various sections for material storage.
2 - Implement an excellent management system that can keep the store running smoothly and assure the traceability of all entries and issues.
3 - Implementing an ERP system for store management and updating actual data from within in comparison to what exists physically.
4. Contact the various warehouses and arrange the internal communication system.
Project object : Renovation and development of seven (7) crude oil processing facilities.
Client : SONTRACH.
As "Responsible for civil equipment incorporated into the work," I oversaw the renovation and development of seven (7) crude oil processing facilities in the east and west of Hassi Messaoud city, working with the subcontractor CSSI SpA, and the main contractor JGC Corporation, for the client Sonatrach.
My primary responsibilities on this project include managing work materials from shipping to final installation on site as detailed in below points :
- Coordinated, supported, and communicated effectively with construction teams across many locations.
- Manage consumables and assess potential rupture and surplus throughout construction.
- Create a comprehensive documentation platform for the material.
- Managed and coordinated with the local authorities on harmful and dangerous products.
- Attend and plan management and HSE meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with the client (SONATRACH) and main contractor (JGC).
- Create a stock management system using Microsoft ACCESS.
- Ensure that the material is well preserved according to the vendor's requirement.
- Created and published weekly stock, feasibility, and inventory status.

I was in charge of the mechanical descipline incorporated into the work," I oversaw the renovation and development of seven (7) crude oil processing facilities in the east and west of Hassi Messaoud city, working with the subcontractor Entrepose Contracting Algeria, and the main contractor JGC Corporation, for the client Sonatrach.
My key responsibilities on this project consist of :
- managing and following up on material received, ensuring sustainable traceability of debit operations, and overseeing final installation on site.
- Technical support to construction teams.
- Determine feasibility and prepare necessary construction materials by area.
- Attend coordination meetings with the main contractor JGC.
Project object : Cold Insulation, painting CS & SS pipework and fittings and Valves.
Client : SPE & CEG (SONELGAZ.
Project of Insulation, painting pipework and fittings, including the manual valves in carbon and stainless steel inside the gas turbine power plant of Southern-East, Hassi Messaoud.
I was the "Project Coordinator" of the subcontractor IRMA Services, for the contractor Ansaldo Energia, and client SPE & CEG (SONELGAZ).
My responsibilities on this project consist on:
- Planning activities, organizing team work, and ensuring seamless operations on-site.
- Conducted daily internal progress and review meetings in accordance with construction schedules and milestones
- Attend weekly HSE and construction meetings.
- Ensured an excellent supplier chain and purchasing process.
- Follow up on finished work and invoice it in accordance with the milestones agreed.
Project object : developing six (6) gas fields and build new CPF (CP1) for gas collecting, treatment, and exporting the gas towards North.
Client : GRN Group.
As Material Supervisor for E&I materials incorporated into the work plant, I oversaw the development of six (6) gas fields and the built of new CPF for collecting the crude gas, treat it, and export it towards the north of country.
I worked with Subcontractor LEAD contracting & Trading,and main contractor Petrofac UAE, for the client GRN Group.
My main responsibilities on this project are :
- Managing the receipt and emission teams for work-related materials.
- Ensured that materials were managed and handled properly in accordance with HSE guidelines.
- Define and allocate product storage places.
- Monitor the supply process on-site in accordance with construction needs and requests.
- Implement a long-term traceability mechanism, both internally and with the main contractor.
Project object : Construction of crude oil processing unit (IBC).
Client : SHELL & BGC
As warehouse superintendent for materials incorporated into the plant and in charge of the Saipem base's main warehouses, I oversaw the construction and development of the crude oil processing unit in north Rumaillah, of SHELL & BGC joint venture.
As the project material was supplied two years prior to commencement, I was responsible for the following critical tasks during my mobilisation :
· Project materials & Logistic base :
- Follow the vendor's advice for proper preservation of plant materials.
- Coordinate quantity and quality material inspections with corporate QCs and clients.
- Overseeing the laydown team for all materials activities.
- Assigned tasks to team members to fulfill within time limits.
- Optimized warehouse layouts to accommodate new equipment, boost space use, and improve operations.
- Ensured correct and up-to-date documentation and records to avoid errors during processing and delivery.
- Monitoring material movements in the warehouse (receiving, transferring, and issuing).
- Overseeing receiving and proper storage of field materials and spare parts for two (02) years.
- Managed daily shipping and receipt of over 50 packages every day.
- Inspected work area for potential dangers and ensured safety equipment was functioning properly.
- Evaluated team performance and provided suggestions for work improvement.
- Assisted the internal working team with inventory management and stock levels, ensuring accuracy and material availability.
- Coordinated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies without delays.
- Assist with daily and weekly management meetings.

Project Object: Build a plant to process crude oil and extract the related gasses, called LPG 3 & LDHP
Client : Sonatrach.
As deputy warehouse manager for incorporated materials into the plant, I oversaw the construction of facility in Hassi Messaoud, southeast Algeria, to process crude oil and extract associated gases. It is known as LPG 3 & LDHP.
The responsibilities assigned to me in this project are :
- Preparing storage facilities for various sorts of included materials in accordance with the company policy and material management procedure.
- Ensure a thorough follow-up of incorporated materials before their arrival in the warehouse, including all documents, in order to have a solid understanding and prepare for the reception and storage procedure.
- Maintain an effective receipt and verification procedure, and issue the relevant reports (MRR, MTR and OSD).
- Ensure that all incorporated materials are properly preserved in accordance with the company's preservation procedures and vendor job cards.
- Oversee the issuance operation in the warehouse and issue the required reports, such as MIR and RBW.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all warehouse activities utilizing dedicated management systems, SP Mat Warehouse, and BW Warehouse.
- Weekly laydown inspections to provide a safe environment for all warehouse employees.
- Prepare, update and share the warehouse stock with other departments as part of the information sharing process.
- Prepare feasibility reports for pipes, pipelines, and steel structures and communicate them with construction and management.
- Maintain accurate tracking and inventory of dangerous materials received in laydown and submit a monthly report to local authorities in accordance with country regulations.

As MARIAN Operator, I oversaw the construction of facility in Hassi Messaoud, southeast Algeria, to process crude oil. It is known UTBS.
The responsibilities assigned to me in this project are :
- Set up warehouse locations and sub-locations in the SP Mat system.
- Generate the reception operations in the system and issue the relevant reports (MRR, MTR and OSD).
- Generate the issuance operations happened in the laydown, and issue the required reports in the system, such as MIR report
- Maintain proper hardware archiving of all warehouse activities as part of the material management procedure.
