Activities Missions
The Red Cross's Accueil écoute orientation (AEO) program is designed to help people find the help they need by listening attentively and directing them to the right structures. AEO volunteers are there to listen, understand people's problems and help them find solutions.
Visit to the headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross, including its museum, 30 March 2024, Geneva, Switzerland.
Welcome and listen to the people, identify the difficulties they may be facing and direct them; support them in accessing their rights and healthcare, and in learning the French language; Refer them to the structures best suited to their needs, and offer them social actions run by our Unit: food and clothing assistance.
