- Develop and implement preventative maintenance and repair procedures to ensure the reliability and availability of equipments;

- Maintenance of firefighting pumps and systems;

- Troubleshoot and repaired electrical and mechanical systems;

- Issue weekly reports of activities carried out;

- Elaboration of drawing of tank according to API 650, API 653 and Total Energies STD-MS-PVV-101;

- Welding inspection, elaboration of WPS and PRQ for welders according to ASME SEC. IX;

- Elaboration of NDT procedure, Hydro test procedure, ITP and Paint Reports for storage tank and piping;

- Elaboration of isometrics drawing, 3D drawing and P&ID;

- Elaboration of drawing of metallic structure and supports for manifold systems;

- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications;

- Elaboration of quality dossier of tank maintenance and piping pre fabrication and installation.

- Elaboration of prototype and fabrication drawings;

- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;

- Coordinate and lead the work team;

- Elaboration of quality dossier of maintenance;

- Communicate with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

- Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

- Elaboration of fabrication drawings;

- Elaboration of calculation notes;

- Elaboration of bill of quantity and bill of materials;

- Conception and elaboration of prototype of equipment and drawings of metallic structures and piping design;

- Monitoring the parts during manufacture.
