Temane Transmission Project (High Tension 400KV Couble Circuit)

• Prepare and implement health and safety plans to protect employees and materials for High Tension Power Transmission Line (400KV), from Civil works ( Tower Foundations), Ground Assembly, Tower Erection and Stringing activities, Conductor Suspension and Sagging and Jumpers Installation.
• Conduct Safety Trainings, Audits, Inspections and Recommend Measures to eliminate or minimize and control the risks
  at workplace
• Develop plans and actions on Gender Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Harassment, Community Relations, Grievances Mechanisms, Recruitment of workers.

Operated the equipments in the following Systems:
• Gas Treatment Units: Natural gas Dehydration plant –Contactor :TEG regeneration system(ESCHER); Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control-Propane Refrigeration system(GRENCO);
• Gas Compression Units; HP Gas Turbine Compressor system (MAN TURBO); LP Gas TurbineCompressor system (SOLAR TURBINES);
•Utilities: Waste Incinerator(HOUDEN); Gas Turbine Generator (SOLAR TURBINES); Sewageplant(HOUDEN); Nitrogen Generation System; Potable Water Treatment System; Utility and Fire Watersystem; Industrial effluent plant(HOUDEN); Utility and Instrument Air System (ATLASCOPO); Utility andInstrument Air System (ATLASCOPO); HP and LP Fuel gas system;
•Inlet Separation (two phase and three phase separation): Hydrocarbon condensate stabilizationsystem; Hydrocarbon condensate storage and loading- Tanker Loading (EMERSON);

• Operate the well(s) in an environmentally safe and responsible manner, complying with all applicable state regulatory requirements
• Monitor Well Cabinet hydraulic oil levels, replacing or top ups
• Perform integrity Test
• Produced Water Re-injection.

• Operate DELTA V Distributed Control System (Emerson)
• SAP system Systems Applications and Products
• Controlling all plant operations and monitoring plant performance during emergencies to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Maintaining records of daily operations, including maintenance schedules and equipment performance
• Monitoring alarms to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and Responding to alarms by contacting operators at other facilities or initiating emergency response procedures
• Documenting events in a logbook or computerized system to track equipment status and record system performance.

• Review the effectiveness of health and safety measures in the workspace for which he/she was appointed
• Identify potential hazards in the workplace and do BBS
• Make representations to the employer regarding health and safety, and if successful, to an inspector
• Accompany inspectors on inspections and participate in consultations with the inspectors.
