Interning in real estate analysis and research exposed me to market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies. This experience was instrumental in honing my proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic thinking—skills that are directly relevant to my academic focus on business analytics and my future pursuit of a career in the real estate sector.
Doing that was important because it connected theory with practice. Through contributing meaningfully, and suggesting improvements, I gained confidence and gained a clearer understanding of industry demands. Overall, the internship was a pivotal moment in my career development, confirming my passion for real estate, and equipping me with skills for my future internship or full time job.
