I am a researcher in theatre practice, with experience as an actor, book author, actor, and theatre troupe leader. I possess excellent communication skills and sound judgment to effectively address questions that intersect information technology and theatre practices.
After a year of my thesis devoted to building a corpus of theatre videos and conducting an exploratory analysis of these videos, focusing on their cultural richness shared via YouTube, I am motivated and eager to undertake a qualitative study by interviewing theatre producers about the production and distribution processes of these videos.
Partnering with two laboratories, MARGE and PASSAGEM XX-XXI, and guided by a thesis supervisor specializing in Information and Communication Technology and a co-supervisor specializing in theatre studies, some of the theatre broadcast on YouTube by East African actors will be promoted as a cultural manifestation and a cultural industry.
During my part-time contract, I taught the following courses to students in the Bachelor's program in French Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts and Humanities:
- Literature and Civilization
- Theatrical Writing and Presentation
- Major Movements in French Literature in the 18th and 19th Centuries
- Research Methodology in the Humanities
At this private higher education institution, I taught the following courses to A1 level students in accounting and business management:
- Oral expression techniques in French
- Written expression techniques in French
