· All mine plans, designs and controls must minimize the geotechnical & operational risks involved with Moma's mining operations

· Contributing to achievement of Budget HMC Forecast by delivering fit for purpose mine monthly Infrastructure plans

· Development of Mine Infrastructure CAPEX & OPEX plan for incorporation in the 2021 Budget process

· Develop Operational and Infrastructure Mine Designs (Tails & Slimes Management Plans, Infrastructures Plans, Walkways, Rehabilitation Plans,Land Handback Plans & Audit,Crop Compensation to the agreed quality and timetable)

· Attainment of Mine Operations Schedule - detailed plans submitted every month for schedule delivery

· Development and Compilation of detailed Monthly, Yearly Rehabilitation Plans and reporting, Handover Areas Plans and Audit, Crop compensation and input into Mine Ops Schedule every month

· Develop optimized Tails and Paddock Designs (Stacking plan, Slimes disposal plan, SDC's, Paddocks establishment) and input into the Mine Ops Schedule every month

· Develop Operational and Infrastructural mine designs, plans and schedules and input into Mine Ops Schedule every month (WW & DM move plans & planning meeting minutes circulated to the agreed quality & timetable)

• Participate in daily activities according to the
daily activities plan of each Department;
• Update plans with AutCAD and Datamine Software;
• Daily Report of Mining Production ;
• Weekly Report of Mining Operations;
• Tracker Report of actual, budget and forecast
production;
•HMC weekly survey adjutments ;
• To do projects in each Department;
• To know all work process of each Department;
• To understand all safety procedures of each
Department;
• To make Monthly Report of all activities of the
Month;
• Presentation of last 3 Months activities.

• Attendance and participation of all Mining Technical Department activities;
• Monthly report presentation of all involved activities;
• Development of personal project for TCC;
• Presentation of final report of training in Kenmare Moma (Mauritius) Limited.

• To assist in construction drawing with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD;
• Topographical survey and Drawing

• Supervision and loading holes (for blasting);
• Danger Signs during blasting process;
• Collection, preparation and registration of samples;
• Measurement of holes water levels;
• Use the torch in cutting iron;
• Control of material and wetting (the feeder);
• Control of density in spirals;
