Summary

I am Agronomic Engineering and a Master in Food Technology from Eduardo Mondlane University. During my academic and professional career I participated in research projects linked to the area of Food Science and Technology and I am currently an assistant professor in the subject of Post-Harvest Technology at the Faculty of Agronomy and Forestry Engineering. The projects were responsible for including the design and monitoring of production trials to control the quality of food products in the Southern and Northern Regions of Mozambique. I also participated as a trainer in training programs for vegetable producers and cassava processors in good post-harvest practices and contributed to the development of a training manual on post-harvest management commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. My involvement in research work resulted in the publication of scientific articles.
