DUTIES

  • To execute field construction activities in accordance with the contract, project documents, schedules integration, safety standards and quality standards.
  • Scope of work development, compilation of work packs, generating of method statements, generation of task risk assessments (TRA) for all work undertaken during turnaround / project execution.

Communicate required completion dates and interfaces/dependencies between the responsible parties.

  • Responsible for developing, measurement and reporting S-curve/Bar-chart, tracking sheet and progress report as compared to the schedule.
  • Make the work scope/schedule packages ready for the execution/field coordinators.
  • Collect the actual activity progress from the execution on field and update the schedule on a daily/hourly basis as required for the turnaround/project.
  • Update progress report and issue look-ahead schedule and interfaces.
  • Analyse data/input and provide advice on path forward to manage deviation while minimizing impact on the total work plan.
  • After completion of the turnaround, list out the deviation/lesson learned for development and enhancement of schedules for future turnarounds.
