He is an expert Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with a proven track record at the Center of Excellence in Agrifood Systems and Nutrition, enabling project goals achievement through expert data management, technical reporting and collaborative work.
Develop the project M&E framework and tools and support the project team towards achieving the project objectives;
Develop and manage a solid database for the project progress data registration and warn project team about inefficiencies;
Prepare progress reports as per each Performance Based Condition (PBC) for disbursement solicitation.

Auditing cotton companies and farmers in Nampula and Zambezia to access their compliance with the BCI production and sustainability standards.
Recommend BCI on the companies' readiness for BCI Certification.
Provide techinical training and preparation to farmers to get and maintain Fair Trade Certification;
Farmers’ training in good agricultural practices, farmers' unification into associations or cooperatives, business plans development, farm management, M&E and budgeting.
