• Ensure M&E systems are in place to capture key performance indicators
• Use and interpret data to course correct and improve managerial action and strategy in real-time
• Optimize data collection procedures and generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Ensure quality control through the development of standard operating procedures and data quality audits
• Use interactive techniques to gain insights and use evidence-based insights to inform programming
• Ensures PSI/Mozambique staff and partners adhere to standard operating procedures for data collection, analysis, and management
• Build the capacity of PSI staff and partners on M&E (target & baseline setting, performance indicators, data collection tools, data quality control, etc.) to improve monitoring of project activities
• Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to senior management
• Coordinate short term technical assistance (STTA) on M&E related tasks
• Liaise with the field team (provinces representatives, IPC supervisors) on Power BI related issues
• Coordinate the preparation of program reports in line with reporting requirements
• Documents evidence processes and learnings
• Maintain the data warehouse and the ETL processes

· Define and deliver appropriate BI solution to meet the reporting and analytics agenda

· Analyze business requirement in reporting and analytics

· Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs

· Support defining business KPIs, analytics roadmaps, reporting requirements and development of Executive Committee, Director, senior management dashboards

· Responsible for supporting many of BCI's departments with information including the Executive Committee and some external organization as BdM (Banco de Moçambique) and CGD (Caixa Geral de Depósitos)

· Train colleagues on SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Reporting Services

· Plan and coordinate activities

· Create supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flow

· Develop data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction

· Develop and implement data extraction procedures from other systems

· Map data between source systems, data warehouses, and data marts

· Verify the structure, accuracy, or quality of warehouse data

· Prepare functional or technical documentation for data warehouses

· Evaluate data quality

· Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures

· Direct software programming and development of documentation

· Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance

· Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system

· Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status

· Coordinate installation of software system

· Advise customer about or perform maintenance of software system

· Train users to use new or modified equipment
