• Manage the production process (plan working hours, apply constant improvements);
• Responsible for managing the process of transferring the concentrate from Barge (through pipeline) to the company's reservoirs;
• Responsible for managing the transfer process of all concentrate produced in all helical plants of the company's 6 factories (through the pipeline) to the company's reservoirs;
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner;
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required;
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

I developed internal HSE policies (instruction manuals describing the requirements that must be met before, during and at the end of each work shift), namely Magnetic Separators, Helical Plant Separators, Drivers, Heavy Machinery Operators, Laboratory, cooks, security guards, office, Pumping Operators, Mechanics and Locksmiths.

These policies ensure the legality and compliance of the company's documentation;

It should be noted that, I entered the company and came across several recommendations left by the Inspectors of the General Labor Inspection, General Inspection of Human Resources, General Inspection of the Environment, Health. During 180 days of hard work, I managed to implement and control the rectification of each of the recommendations;

• Operation and Maintenance of Gas, Gas Condensate and underground storage facilities.
