Oversee day-to-day operations, manage employee performance and output while meeting your overall deliverables
• Operational overview and management for Access World Maputo Mozambique
• Responsible for registering and monitoring vessels in order to provide input into financial forecasts
• Financial forecast and budget involvement, including analyzing and managing costs
• Operational management of all vessels
• Management of Maputo Mozambique vessel operations and sub-agents
• Overall responsibility of all sub-agents used around Maputo Mozambique
• Compiling and monitoring revenue reports, management reports.
• Responsible for collation and distribution of Access World commodity reports and general reporting requirements
• Overseeing the accuracy of port and commodity handbooks and port cost calculators
• Ensuring that all operational staff are compliant with Health, Safety & Environment requirements,
including provision and monitoring of PPE, and day to day safety activities
• Responsible for Quality Assurance procedures and processes i.e., creating, implementing and ensuring it is part of daily operations.
• Attending to customer enquiries and monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction across the offices
• Assist the Regional Director with commercial activities, business development and maintenance of existing business/clients
