Compassionate counseling psychologist dedicated to working with disadvantaged and marginalized people and communities. The last 5 years were spent leading key sexual reproductive health and HIV prevention access and uptake programs targeted at key populations.
•Coordinate and oversee HIV prevention programs in accordance with project objectives and requirements of The United States Agency for International Development ( USAID). Make presentations and coordinate Adolescents' and women's' participation in events such as World AIDS Day, National HIV Testing Day, International Day of the girl child, National Condom Week, ect.
•Program development, evaluation, and reporting by collecting and monitoring data and reports by assessing community needs for HIV services. Assessing progress of programs in relation to HIV needs in the community. Assessing funding opportunities and collecting and monitoring data and reports for funding sources and the submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Executive Director
•Monitor volunteer job performance and ensure that they maintain appropriate credentials and certifications. Coordinate and provide orientation training to all new project advocates and volunteers. Facilitate monthly staff meetings and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with project staff
•Provided therapeutic intervention services to adolescent substance abusers utilizing CDC Diffusion of Effective Behavioral Intervention ( DEBI)
•Coordinated and facilitated monthly health education /HIV risk reduction sessions in tertiary institutions, substance abuse treatment facilities.
•Prioritize HIV prevention needs of target population and proposed high priority strategies and interventions

•Implementation and management of the AVAC grant in accordance with the United States Agency for International Development ( USAID)
• Advocating for Sexual and reproductive health rights for young people in tertiary institutions people

• Influencing uptake of Pre-exposure prophylaxis among men having sex with men, transwomen, and heterosexual young people

• Plan and coordinate public health researches that feed into evidence-based programming and policy advocacy at the national, provincial level and District level.
• Engage youth programs development agencies, government ministries, parastatals, and other Youth Serving Organizations to lobby for support and partnership in youth programs at different levels.
• Support and supervision of Provincial and national student clubs on HIV and AIDS response in Zimbabwe.

Conceptualizing and leading key initiatives to increase public awareness and knowledge of prevention and treatment for HIV/AIDS such as the initiatives to reduce HIV infections among pregnant and lactating women.
Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to encouraging the public to lead healthier lives through HIV prevention strategies and health initiatives and overall health education by conducting HIV prevention literacy sessions with adolescent girls and young women.
