I am an Agroecologist and Food Processing Engineer by profession for over 3 years, with knowledge and experience in the use of variables of Food and Nutrition Security and Insecurity indicators in communities, with the ability to suggest different local alternatives for nutrient supply for how communities affected.
1. Carry out activities for the extension and dissemination of technologies in communities in food processing;
2.Teach the following subjects: (i) Food Quality and Safety (ii) Food and Nutrition Safety; (iii) Food Biochemistry and (vi) Food Fortification
1. Train girls and farms on farmers on how to process or produce locally existing products;
2. Demonstrate food preservation processes (cereals, beans, tuberculosis and fish);
3. Create small agro-processing units in each point or neighborhood;
1. Oversee the transport, reception and slaughter process of broiler chickens;
2. Assess the microbiological and toxicological quality of chicken carcass and offal;
1. Enrichment of porridge with corn bran and local fruits for children and pregnant women;
2. Dissemination of fresh and wild fruit processing technologies
3. Assessment of the sustainability of local Agroecosystems in the Gotite community
