• Oversee and support the logistic provincial advisors based in the provinces
• Ensure that the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) is implemented and that data from the provincial and district levels are regularly shared with the upper levels
• Provide technical assistance and logistical support for supervision both at the provincial and district levels
• Provide technical assistance and logistical support for all logistics training activities
• Act as a decentralized extension of the GHSC-PSM, providing support in data collection for the LMIS

• Support product management of all Task Orders - HIV, Malaria, Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health, Nutrition; and all other products such as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), Medical Surgical Supplies and Oxygen.
• Support and Technical Assistance across all operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Provincial Medicines Warehouse or Intermediate Warehouse.

Support Strategic Planning and Provincial management

• Institutional memory and strategic planning of the processes and activities of the Provincial logistics chain.
• Support to the Provincial Health Services and technical assistance to the Provincial Chief Medical Officer (responsible for the supply chain) in articulating activities involving the logistics of health products in the Province.
• Support advocacy and coordination of supply chain investment and implementation of the PELF (Pharmaceutical Logistics Strategic Plan) in the Province.Development of processes, procedures, guidelines , standards, manuals and other materials that guide the management of medicines and health products, in collaboration with the central teams of CMAM (Central of Medicines and Medical Articles) and PSM.
• Daily technical assistance to ensure compliance with good storage practices within the DPMs (Provincial Medicines Depot) and AIs (Intermediate Warehouses).

Storage Management

• Training and mentoring of the Provincial Warehouse team in product management.
• Ensuring compliance with good medicines management practices and procedures.
• Supervision, technical support and on-the-job training is provided by the logistics advisors during the monthly activities.
• Support the DPM team in the processes of reception, inventory, requisition, distribution and checking of health products.

Training

• Support to Institutes of Health in pre-service training in supply chain and health product management.
• Support in the organization and delivery of the Training on Medicines Management Procedures for the main managers of medicines in the districts and US (Health Units).
• Internal coordination in the DPM (Provincial Medicines Depot) and AIs (Intermediate Warehouses) to ensure the fulfillment of the set of activities necessary for the preparation of orders, which result in the success of the CHEGAR project. Priority during the period of activity to plan, prepare and dispatch orders.
• Support the mitigation and resolution of health commodity emergencies and urgencies, coordination with the different actors or partners in the field.

Information Systems

• Support to the Province's medicines management information systems such as SIMAM, SIGLUS and recently nSIMAM, strengthening areas with less support such as Malaria, Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition.
• First provincial support line for supply chain information systems
• Coordination and liaison with the PSM and CMAM team in the implementation and maintenance of the systems.
• Support the efforts needed to ensure visibility up to Central level and data quality in the Province, especially in areas with less support from Implementing Partners.
• Ensure the use of data to guide decision making in the management of health products
• Support to the medicines management information systems in the Province such as SIMAM (Medicines Information System), SIGLUS and recently nSIMAM, strengthening areas with less support such as Malaria, Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition.
• Through LIS (SIGLUS) they provide ''e-supervision'' and remote training in the correct use of LIS and management of medicines.
• Support in organizing and coordinating the annual Provincial data analysis and discussion meetings.

Other technical activities

• Supporting urgent or emergency situations, timely reporting or obtaining critical data for the PSM, CMAM and USAID central teams.
• Support in the management of the information system and of the ARVs ( Antiretrovirals ) in the Private Pharmacies for the DD (decentralized dispensing), forming the first line of assistance and capacity building of the technical teams in these dispensing points. Support to the restocking process of private pharmacies and stock reconciliation, between what is distributed by the DPM, is received and dispensed at these points.

• Collaborated with pharmacy team members to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality of care.
• Educated patients about possible drug interactions and gave special administration instructions.
• Managed high volume of prescriptions daily while maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Conducted regular audits of the pharmacy''s controlled substances inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and preventing diversion or theft.
