Have worked in various sectors such as health, nutrition, gender, agriculture, project planning, project management, resettlement, monitoring and evaluation, data collection and data analysis. Have strong academic background with Post-Graduate degree in Projects Monitoring and Evaluation and Bachelor´s degree in Statistics. Am also proficient in computer skills and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Package. Am familiar with different different analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, Toladata as well as data collection tools such as Kobo toolbox, ODK, Data Winner. Am expert on sharing the results and recommendations with the relevant Stakeholders and partners. Am passionate about improving the quality and impact of development interventions through evidence-based decision making and learning. Have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and I can work effectively in a team or independently.

  • Lead the coordination of M&E activities for the projects, focusing specifically on systems and strategies for monitoring project implementation and capacity building of implementing partners in M&E.
  • Oversee the timely compilation and submission of partner reports.
  • Develop the projects M&E strategies and adapt these in response to lessons learned.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the projects M&E plans and associated data collection tools.
